Wesleyan requires a copy of your student's complete transcript (this includes the most recent report card and final report cards for two years prior; standardized tests scores should also be included).
Each child has the opportunity to impact the Wesleyan community with his or her extracurricular interests and talents. We require that an extracurricular representative complete an evaluation. Forms are available on as a part of the online application.
Students are required to take the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT). More information about the SSAT, including test dates, test locations, and test registration may be obtained by visiting the . The testing code for Wesleyan School is 8100.

Students applying for grades 11 and 12 should only take the SSAT if they have not taken the PSAT or SAT during the current school year.
